Communicable Disease Control

Lake County Public Health works to protect the health of the public by providing surveillance, investigation and prevention activities to control communicable diseases.

Disease control services include immunizations, screening and treatment for Sexually Transmitted Diseases; HIV testing, counseling and referral; Tuberculosis testing and treatment; and general communicable disease monitoring.
